The Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Annual Accounts
for 2016. The Annual Accounts are without changes from the
preliminary Annual Accounts published on the 17th of
February 2017. The Annual General Meeting will be held on
26th of April 2017, and the board has suggested a dividend
of NOK 1.75 per share. Given that the General Meeting
approves the suggested dividend, the share will be listed ex
dividend NOK 1.75 per share on the 27th of April 2017. The
annual report for 2016 is attached, and the Annual Report
for 2016 will also be published on the company's website.
