Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received
authorization for a total of 2,740,310 voting shares in
connection with the Annual General Meeting of Medistim ASA
the 26th of April 2017. This represents 14.94% of voting
shares. Along with Brøymer shares through Intertrade
Shipping AS that has 4,003,500 shares, Brøymer votes for a
total of 6,743,810 shares. This represents 36.78 % of the
voting shares.
The authorizations are valid for the Annual General Meeting
in Medistim ASA the 26th of April 2017.
