Annual report for Medistim ASA for 2017

The Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Annual Accounts for 2017. The Annual Accounts are without changes from the preliminary Annual Accounts published on the 15th of February 2018. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 25th of April 2018, and the board has suggested a dividend of NOK 2.00 per share. Given that the General Meeting approves the suggested dividend, the share will be listed ex dividend NOK 2.00 per share on the 26th of April 2018.
