Annual report for Medistim ASA for 2018

The Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Annual Accounts for 2018. The Annual Accounts are without changes from the preliminary Annual Accounts published on the 27th of February 2019. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24th of April 2019, and the board has suggested a dividend of NOK 2.25 per share. Given that the General Meeting approves the suggested dividend, the share will be listed ex dividend NOK 2.25 per share on the 25th of April 2019. The annual report for 2018 is attached, and the Annual Report for 2018 will also be published on the company's website.
