Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received authorization for a total of 5,417,564 voting shares in connection with the Annual General Meeting of Medistim ASA the 24th of April 2019. This represents 29.54 % of voting shares. Along with Brøymer shares through Intertrade Shipping AS that has 4,003,500 shares, Brøymer votes for a total of 9,421,064 shares. This represents 51.38 % of the voting shares. The authorizations are valid for the Annual General Meeting in Medistim ASA the 24th of April 2019.
