The General Meeting in Medistim ASA decided a dividend of NOK 3.75 per share

Oslo, the 27th of April 2022. The votes from the General Meeting today in Medistim ASA, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.75 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2021 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 68.4 million, which corresponds to 75.2% of the net profit for 2021. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 27th of April 2022. The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 28th of April 2022 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed the 9th of May 2022.
