Correction in the notice to the Annual General Meeting in Medistim ASA

In the notice to the Annual General Meeting in Medistim ASA there is correction in the Power of Attorney form under item 10.a. Vegard Søraunet is not taken a new term and Eirik Rogstad is on election as a member of the Nomination Committee. Attached is a corrected Power of Attorney form to be used at the General Meeting for votes.
