MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Geveran Trading Co Ltd, which is indirectly controlled by trusts established by
John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has extended TRS
agreements relating to 20 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA. The new
expiration of the TRS agreements is 22 July 2010. The exercise price on the
agreements is NOK 5,1399 per share. Geveran Trading's affiliated ownership in
Marine Harvest ASA is following this transaction unchanged 1,079,632,775 shares,
constituting 30.2 percent of the issued share capital. In addition Geveran
Trading hold TRS agreements with a net exposure to 70 million shares.
