Notification

Geveran Trading Co Ltd, which is indirectly
controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen
for the benefit of his immediate family, has extended
TRS agreements relating to 31 million shares in
Marine Harvest ASA. The new expiration of the TRS
agreements is March 6th 2012. The exercise price
on the agreements is NOK 2,8957 per share. Geveran
Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA
is following this transaction unchanged 834,632,775
shares, constituting 23.306 percent of the issued
share capital.
In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with
a net exposure to 70 million shares in Marine Harvest
ASA.
