Disclosure of Significant Shareholding under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

On 16th March 2018 BlackRock, Inc acquired 2,731,047 shares and voting rights in Marine Harvest ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 24,788,866 (5.06%) shares and voting rights.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
