NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran"), a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on June 6, 2019 settled Total Return Swap ("TRS") agreements with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi ASA (“Mowi”), and subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement underlying the same number of shares 4,000,000. New expiry date for the TRS agreement is September 6, 2019, and new TRS price is NOK 207.8547 per share. Geveran’s affiliated ownership in Mowi is following this transaction unchanged 74,551,603 shares, equal to 14.45 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company, and holds TRS agreements with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares. Geveran does not hold other shares or rights to shares in Mowi. This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
