Oslo Børs has received from MPC Container Ships ASA an application for temporary admission to trading on Merkur Market of new shares issued in connection with the completed private placement, as further described in the stock notices of 6 February and 7 February 2018. The new shares is admitted to temporary trading in the period commencing on 15 February 2018 and until a listing prospectus for the new shares have been approved by the Norwegian FSA. This is expected to take place on or about 5 April 2018. The temporary traded shares will then as soon as possible be transferred to, and listed at, Oslo Axess.
The new shares to be admitted to temporary trading on Merkur Market are marked with a different ISIN and ticker compared with the company's shares being listed currently at Oslo Axess.
