MPCC: European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) for FY 2021 Annual Report

Reference is made to the FY 2021 Annual Report published on March 25, 2022. To
comply with requirements, the European Single Electronic Format(ESEF) file has
been updated to include the Auditor's Report and has today been published on the
company's website and enclosed to this release. No other changes have been made
to the report.
