On 9 September 2015, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 22 151 of its
own shares at an average price of NOK 97.9987 per share.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase
programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo
Børs.
Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 36 822 of its own shares.
