On 29 September 2015, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 15 890 of its
own shares at an average price of NOK 95.6293 per share.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase
programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo
Børs.
Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 143 278 of its own shares.
