Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares completed

On 11 June 2018, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 11 374 own shares
in relation to the annual management bonus compensation programme. The shares
were purchased at an average price of NOK 64.78 per share. The shares were
purchased on Oslo Børs in accordance with the share repurchase announced on 11
June 2018.
Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 11 430 of its own shares.
