Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 10 January 2020, where Multiconsult ASA announced an initiation of a share repurchase programme of up to 100,000 of its own shares.
Multiconsult ASA (the “Company”) has on 10 February 2020 purchased 7,203 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 73.5549 per share. After this transaction the Company owns a total of 40,779 shares or 0.15% of issued shares.
The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 25 April 2019.
