Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 15 September 2020, where Multiconsult ASA announced an initiation of a share repurchase programme of up to 400,000 of its own shares.
Multiconsult ASA (the “Company”) has on 8 October 2020 purchased 1,174 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 93.50 per share. After this transaction the Company owns a total of 58,426 shares or 0.22% of issued shares.
The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 22 April 2020.
