Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 15 September 2020, where Multiconsult ASA announced an initiation of a share repurchase programme of up to 400,000 of its own shares.
Multiconsult ASA (the “Company”) has on 29 October 2020 purchased 5,239 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 95.00 per share. After this transaction the Company owns a total of 87,517 shares or 0.32% of issued shares.
The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 22 April 2020.
