Nominated for framework agreement for LTP Midt Troms by The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency

Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI)
Multiconsult Norge AS, with LINK Arkitektur AS and LPO Arkitekter AS as
subcontractors, has been nominated for framework agreement (R01696) for design
and consulting services related to the Long-Term Plan for the Armed Forces (LTP)
in Midt Troms, by The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) (Forsvarsbygg).
The total estimated value of the agreement is NOK 300 million excluding VAT.

The framework agreement covers multidisciplinary advisory and design services
for both early-phase and implementation-phase projects within the LTP project
portfolio in the municipalities of Bardu, Målselv, Balsfjord, Senja, and
Sørreisa. The agreement will support the realisation of the Norwegian
Parliament's adopted long-term plan for the defense sector, "Forsvarsløftet -
For Norges trygghet", covering the period 2025-2036.

Multiconsult is nominated to provide services across all disciplines, including
architecture (ARK), interior architecture (IARK), and landscape architecture
(LARK). The scope includes cost estimation, solution proposals, alternative
assessments, technical notes, functional descriptions, environmental and ground
surveys, reuse assessments, and participation in risk analyses. The scope also
includes updating and quality assurance of standardised building descriptions,
as well as advisory services for infrastructure, technical installations, and
various building types such as barracks, quarters, multi-purpose halls, housing,
offices, and welfare facilities.

The framework agreement has an initial duration of two years, with options for
extension up to a total of seven years (2+2+2+1). Projects will be called off
under the agreement as they are financed and ready for execution, with both
early-phase and implementation-phase assignments running in parallel throughout
the contract period.

This award further strengthens Multiconsult's position as a leading provider of
multidisciplinary consulting and design services to the Norwegian defense
sector.

The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid), which expires
on 25 September 2025.

For Multiconsult Norge AS, this framework agreement will be an addition to other
framework agreements already in place with NDEA.
