Navamedic expands product portfolio

Navamedic's wholly owned subsidiary Vitaflo Scandinavia has signed a
distribution agreement with Italian pharmaceutical company Angelini for the
distribution of the drug Importal® in the Swedish and Dutch markets.

The available market for Importal® in these two countries is estimated at NOK
60 million. Importal® is used for treatment of several intestine disease related
complications.

Navamedic's subsidiary Vitaflo Scandinavia is a distributor of more than 50
health care products from 17 manufacturers. The company saw a 32 per cent sales
growth in the first nine months of 2011. Vitaflo will continue to expand its
product base and increase sales.
