Svein Erik Nicolaisen, board member and primary insider in Navamedic ASA, has to
day acquired 6 000 shares in Navamedic ASA at a price of NOK 12 per share.
Following the transaction Nicolaisen will hold 50 000 shares in Navamedic ASA.
Total number of shares is 8 562 051. Nicolaisen is also the CEO of Nobelsystem
Scandinavia AS which holds 1 800 000 shares in Navamedic ASA
