Mandatory notification of trade

Tom Rönnlund, CEO and primary insider in Navamedic ASA has today acquired 10 000
shares at an average price of NOK 9,20 per share. At once this transaction has
effectively been completed, Rönnlund and close associates will hold a total of
40 000 shares in Navamedic ASA. Total number of shares in Navamedic ASA is
8 562 051.
