Disclosure of shareholdings

Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS, a company controlled by Rikard Storvestre, has on
Friday 25 September acquired 40 000 shares at an avarage price of NOK 9,94  in
Navamedic. New total holding for Nobelsystem Scandinavia is 1 940 000 shares.
Following this transaction Storvestre and Nobelsystem Scandinavia holds 25,2 %
of the shares and voting rights of Navamedic ASA. The transaction is an increase
above the 25% substantial shareholder filing threshold.Total number of shares in
Navamedic ASA is 8 562 051..
