Toril Marie Ås resigns from her position as CFO in Navamedic ASA

Navamedic ASA, 21 November 2019: Toril Marie Ås resigns from her position as CFO
in Navamedic ASA ("the Company" or "Navamedic") with effect from 9 December
2019. She will continue to work for the Company for a limited period after this
date to assist the new CFO with relevant transition tasks.
