TTS - Recorded increase in share capital

Earlier noted increase in share capital (6 July 2010)
is recorded in 'Verdipapirsentralen (VPS)' today. The
share capital is increased with NOK 3,361,460.00 -
through an issue of 6,722,920 shares with a nominal
value of NOK 0.50 per share. The company's share
capital after the issue is NOK 37,315,599.50 divided
on 74,631,199 shares.
