Henrik Solberg-Johansen is appointed as new CFO of TTS Group ASA, effective from
20(th )August 2014.

Solberg-Johansen served as Interim CFO of TTS Group since1(st) July 2014.
 Solberg-Johansen has joined TTS since August 2013, previously as Vice President
of Group Accounting and Control.
