TTS Group ASA: Annual General meeting held

The ordinary Annual General Meeting of TTS Group ASA was held 2(nd) June, 2016.
The meeting can be summarized as following:

All the proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the meeting
notice papers. The notice was published at Oslo Stock Exchange 11(th) May 2016.

The Annual General meeting approved that no dividend will be paid out for the
accounting year 2015.
