(Oslo, 7 March 2017) Maria Wathne Løkke and Philip André Wathne Løkke, both
related parties to CEO Jon André Løkke, have today each acquired 42,500 shares
in Nel ASA, total of 85,000 shares, at an average price of NOK 2.32 per share.
Following this transaction, Jon André Løkke and related parties hold 427,000
shares and 6 million options in Nel ASA.
