Oslo, 12 May 2020 – The Annual General Meeting in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA was held on 12 May 2020 at the premises of SANDS in Cort Adelers gate 33 in 0254 Oslo.
8,022,845 of a total of 42,930,575 shares and votes were represented, representing 18.69% of the share capital. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals, see attached minutes. The minutes can also be found on https://www.nextbiometrics.com/investors/general-meetings.
