Petter Fjellstad, chairman of NEXT Biometrics Groups ASA (NEXT), has merged two of his owned companies Aponia AS and Fjellstad Holding AS. Aponia AS’ entire holding in NEXT (832,779 shares) has been transferred to Fjellstad Holding AS as a result of this transaction. There is no change in beneficial owners and the NEXT shares continues to be controlled by Petter Fjellstad. This transaction is disclosed on behalf of Fjellstad Holding AS.
