Nordic Halibut AS – CFO resignation

Nordic Halibut AS ("NOHAL" or the "Company") today announces that Thomas Scheele Berg is stepping down as CFO in Nordic Halibut. Berg has decided to explore new professional opportunities.

The Company will explore short-term interim solutions that enables a seamless transition until a permanent CFO is appointed. Berg will support and co-lead the CFO function until the end of February.
