Hasselhaugen AS, a company with majority shareholding
of close related parties to Dag Dvergsten, Chairman
of Nordic Mining ASA has today sold 266 510 shares in
Nordic Mining at an average price of NOK 1,37 per
share.

Following this transaction Chairman Dag Dvergsten,
through Dag Dvergsten AS, holds 8.469.145 shares in
the company which is unchanged for Dag Dvergsten AS .
