Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA
("Company") 18 September 2019 regarding the Rights Issue.
The Barton Group's subsidiary, B-L Holding Company, has today subscribed
1,461,080 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue at a subscription price of NOK 1.40
per share. B-L Holding Company has been allocated 1,461,080 subscription rights
and will consequently receive 1,461,080 shares in the Rights Issue. After
completion of the Rights Issue, B-L Holding Company will own 9,864,734 shares in
the Company.
