Nordic Mining ASA: Binding rutile Offtake Agreement

Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nordic Rutile AS, today has
entered into a rutile offtake agreement ("Offtake Agreement").

Nordic Mining secures with this Offtake Agreement, together with the agreement
signed with Iwatani Corporation in June 2022, committed sales for up to the full
annual production of rutile from Engebø for the first 5 years of production with
highly reputable buyers.

The agreement is inter alia subject to certain conditions precedent.
