Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic
Mining" or the "Company") on 17 November 2021 regarding Artic Mineral Resources
("AMR") appeal of the ruling from Oslo District Court.
The Borgarting Court of Appeal has today ruled in favour of Nordic Mining's
wholly owned subsidiary, Nordic Rutile AS. The ruling received today confirms
that Nordic Rutile has exclusive right to all minerals in the Engebø deposit -
within the limits of the Norwegian Mining Act - in line with the operating
licence granted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries in May 2022.
The court ruled that AMR shall pay all legal expenses.
