Nordic Semiconductor Announces Stock Repurchase Program

Nordic Semiconductor ASA announced today that it will
activate a stock repurchase program. The repurchase
program is being carried out in accordance with the
authorization to the Board of Directors as resolved
at the Annual General Meeting on June 16, 2011.
