Share Buyback

On November 25, Nordic Semiconductor ASA purchased
50,000 of its own shares according to a share
buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 38.15.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 825,000 (after correction of 10,000 shares
incorrectly reported on November 25) of its own shares.
