Nordic Semiconductor ASA's Second Quarter 2015 Results.

Nordic Semiconductor ASA Reported second quarter
2015 revenues of MUSD 52.6 and EBIT of MUSD 10.6,
compared to Q2 2014 with revenues of MUSD 41.4 and
EBIT of MUSD 5.7.

Bluetooth Smart sales grew to MUSD 30.1 (57.1% of Q2
revenues), compared to MUSD 12.2 (29.5% of Q2 2014
revenues). Before tax profits were MUSD 10.1,
compared to MUSD 5.8 in Q2 2014.

Basic and diluted EPS from total operations was USD
0.046 in the quarter, compared to USD 0.025 in Q2
2014.
