Share Buyback

On October 31, 2016, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 16,000 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 32.91.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 1,016,000 of its own shares.
