Share Buyback

On November 17, 2016, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 20,000 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 33.46.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 1,398,000 of its own shares.
