Share Buyback

On December 1, 2016, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 26,442 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 33.92.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 1,504,432 of its own shares.
