Share Buyback

On December 9, 2016, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 50,000 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 32.00.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 1,630,809 of its own shares.
