Share Buyback

On December 14, 2016, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 25,000 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 31.95.

Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 1,685,809 of its own shares.
