Nordic Semiconductor ASA's Second Quarter 2016 Results

Nordic Semiconductor ASA Reported Second Quarter 2016
revenues of MUSD 52.7 and EBIT of MUSD 4.7, compared
to revenues of MUSD 52.6 and EBIT of MUSD 9.8 in Q2
2015.

Bluetooth Smart sales at MUSD 27.2 (51.7% of Q2 2016
Revenues), compared to MUSD 30.1 (57.1% of Q2 2015
Revenues). Before tax profits were MUSD 4.8, compared
to MUSD 9.3 in Q2 2015.

Basic and diluted EPS from total operations was USD
0.025, compared to USD 0.041 in Q2 2015.

seeing the effects of continuous design kit sales,
design wins and growing number of customer" says Svenn-
Tore Larsen, CEO of Nordic Semiconductor ASA.
