On October 22, 2018, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
purchased 280,000 of its own shares according to a
share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of 37.3752.
Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor
owns 2,350,819 of its own shares.
