Share Repurchase

On October 29, 2018, Nordic Semiconductor ASA purchased 157 000 of its own shares according to a share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an average price of 35.64. Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor ASA owns 3 203 046 of its own shares.
