Share Repurchase

On November 5, 2018, Nordic Semiconductor ASA purchased 100,000 of its own shares according to a share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an average price of 38.3592. Following this transaction, Nordic Semiconductor ASA owns 3,567,000 of its own shares.
