Birger K Steen, Chair of the Board of Nordic Semiconductor ASA, has today sold 60,000 shares in Nordic Semiconductor held in his US retirement accounts and purchased the same number of shares on the open market on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The shares were sold at NOK 143.21 per share and the same number of shares purchased for NOK 142.79 per share.
Post the transaction, Birger K Steen and affiliated entities own 198 745 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA (unchanged).
