Nordic Technology Group AS (“NTG” or “the Company”) reports consolidated interim financial results for the 2H 2022. The financial report covers the period after NTG´s acquisition of shares in six companies and subsequent closing of a private placement. The interim report and financial statement for 2H 2022 were approved by the Board of Directors on 17 February 2023.
